Personal training is exercise with one-on-one instruction which incorporates goal-setting, specific exercises, and health education.

Our main goal is to design a program designated for each individual’s needs and offer techniques and motivation to enhance his or her overall fitness and wellness.  Your personal trainer is there to teach you proper technique, introduce exercises which target your main goals, and motivate you to your full potential.  Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, become more agile, jump higher, improve your balance, or further recover from an injury, a program can be tailored for you.

We use functional exercise equipment that makes your workout fun, varied, and comprehensive.   You may use a GTS device, TRX, kettle bells, BOSU, Balance apparatus, swiss balls, jump steps, ladders, and more.

1 Hour - $75

½ Hour - $45
