Gravity Training System

The Gravity Training System (GTS) utilizes a comprehensive exercise device to deliver quick, efficient, comprehensive, and effective workouts in a small group or individual setting.

The GTS, a gravity‐training device,  encourages functional exercise by using your body weight as resistance, utilizing a cable, pulley system, and free motion glide‐board.  The GTS engages all major muscle groups focusing on a multitude of health and fitness goals.  It delivers an effective, efficient, and fun workout that focuses on core stability throughout, and is easily adaptable to each individual’s fitness level, from beginner to hard core athlete

The class is taught by a certified GTS trainer, and is the closest thing to personal training at a group class price!  Both of our trainers have worked for Peak for over 10 years, and understand the modifications that need to be made for individuals recovering from or living with an injury.  Our physical therapists are on site to answer any questions you may have about an injury or other concern.

Classes run for 40 minutes, consist of 3‐6 individuals, and are offered throughout the day

Mon‐Fri and Saturday mornings.  Rolling enrollment, call the Bellevue clinic to register:
