What started as a checkmark on her bucket list, in 2007, Natalie obtained her personal trainer certification, and now has over eight years’ experience in personal training and fitness management. She is nationally certified through the American College Sports Medicine and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
While Natalie enjoys working with all fitness abilities, she has established her specialty in correctional and functional fitness and understands the vital importance of creating a work-life balance that promotes good health and well-being.
She has sincere desire to inspire and help others achieve their fitness goals and says the most gratifying part of her job is seeing others succeed and conquer their own physical hurdles. In her off time, Natalie takes every opportunity enjoy the outdoors with her family and friends, including hiking, biking, and skiing.
