Michele Plooster received an Associate of Arts degree from Yakima Valley Community College in 2005, and then transferred to Central Washington University to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Training. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree in 2008, Michele relocated to Bellingham to attend Whatcom Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program. She graduated from Whatcom Community College with an Associate in Science degree in December of 2009.
Upon pursing her education and working within a clinical environment, Michele quickly discovered her love for helping people and being a positive and motivating influence within her patient’s rehabilitation process and experience. She enjoys working with all ages and diagnoses within the orthopedic setting and strives to bring a positive outlook and sunny disposition to all. Michele is also involved with coaching at Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy speed and agility camps. She finds coaching to be a great way to stay involved within the community while working with athletes of all ages on improving their skill set and overall athleticism.
Michele loves spending time with her family, which usually involves an adventure of some form and plenty of giggles. She LOVES Christmas with every fiber of her being and enjoys attending Barre workout classes, jogging, and the entertainment and company from her two cats, Toby and Maizy.
