Kaitlyn comes to us from Southern California where she was raised with her three brothers. Early on, a career in competitive gymnastics sparked her interest in learning how to take care of your body so that it can perform at its' maximum potential. Expanding on her interest in human movement and exercise physiology, Kaitlyn completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology at Sonoma State University (2012). She later graduated with honors from the PTA program at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in Kirkland and has since decided to plant her roots in the Pacific Northwest.
Kaitlyn enjoys collaborating with the knowledgeable physical therapists at Peak Sports and Spine to build a program tailored to each individual patient within their plan of care. Her own experience as a patient of physical therapy provides her an empathetic viewpoint as she encourages her patients to live their best, most active lives possible. When not in the clinic, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her dog, hiking, and discovering all the beauty her new home in the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
We'll create a program for you at the clinic and at home, both will improve your condition. We strongly value your input during the course of treatment to .
