Jessica grew up in New Jersey and recently moved to the Seattle area to explore pursue her career at Peak Sports and Spine. Her involvement in the healthcare field began when she was young when she sustained a soccer knee injury that required surgery and a lot of physical therapy. Since then, Jessica has realized the importance and benefits of physical exercise and activity for health, wellness and injury prevention. Jessica was the patient herself when she was younger and this gives her valuable insight in treating you as her patient. She is passionate about promoting exercise and self-care to heal from all different kinds of injuries and conditions, and helping you reach your personal goals to achieve an optimal quality of life.
Jessica is FMS certified and has a passion for treating all orthopedic injuries, including but not limited to, post-operative rehabilitation and dysfunctions related to postural imbalances. Jessica specifically enjoys treating shoulder, hip and foot/ankle conditions.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing soccer, going camping, skiing, and hiking and catching up on her true crime television.
