Aude Puyfoulhoux

Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA

Bio

Aude was born and raised in France and her physical therapy journey began with an ankle injury in her youth which became chronic, until she finally received physical therapy for it over a decade later. Having had firsthand experience as a physical therapy patient, Aude understands not only the physical discomfort that comes with an injury, but also the mental aspect: "My physical therapist telling me that I was ready to jog and encouraging me to trust my body after years of being afraid to hurt myself with movement was one of the most important aspects of my recovery".

Aude graduated from her Physical Therapist Assistant program at Lake Washington Institute of Technology in March 2020, during which her final clinical rotation was here at Peak Sports and Spine PT in Bellevue, and she started developing her skills in orthopedic care as well as pelvic health. Outside of the clinic, Aude is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and she enjoys cooking, crafting, gardening, and spending time with her husband and dog.
