This class will enhance your overall flexibility and balance for:
Recovery, injury prevention, improved muscle coordination and posture, increased range of motion, as well as, overall greater mental health. With an added balance component to your flexibility routine, this class will provide you with the skills and techniques needed at any phase of your recovery and fitness.
This class is open to anyone!
