TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instruction - Level 1
Golf Performance Enhancement Training

The golf swing is a highly complex movement involving the entire body. Most of us want our golf swing to be repeatable and on plane for a predictable ball flight. In order to make this happen we need knowledge and skill for understanding of the game. However, even highly knowledgeable and skilled players can have problems with their swing. That's where a physical therapist can help you.

We evaluate you and your swing to find out where the problems are. Common things for right handed golfers are poor posture, improper posture at address, poor balance, decreased motion of the neck, shoulder blade, shoulder joint, mid back and left hip just to name a few. Loss of motion in these key areas will cause compensatory motion in your swing which almost always affects your comfort level with play, your ball flight or both.

Let your golf teaching professional teach you this skills and drills to make you a better golfer. Come see one of our physical therapists to give you the body that is prepared to do what you're asking of it.
