Alissa Gram

Bio

Alissa Gram received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and an emphasis in Athletic Training. During her studies in Madison, she worked with various sports teams at UW as a student athletic trainer. Her love for sports and passion for helping people made a career in physical therapy a natural next step. She continued on a UW-Madison to receive her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2001.

She relocated from the Midwest to the beautiful Pacific Northwest and fell in love with the Snoqualmie Valley. The opportunity to work in the community that she lived in was very appealing, and started working at Peak Sports and Spine PT in 2004. IN addition to her expertise working with athletes, industrial injuries, orthopedic and spine injuries, she noticed the need for women’s health services in the Valley. She committed herself to becoming an expert in pelvic floor rehabilitation, with advanced training from the Hermann and Wallace Pelvic Institute, completing over 100 hours of continuing education for the treatment of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and complications with pregnancy.

Her treatment approach combines compassion, skill and encouragement to return the patient back to their desired quality of life.

Alissa enjoys an active lifestyle away from work, keeping up with her 3 children. You can find her hiking in the Cascades, strolling the beach at Westport, or watching the Packers (and Seahawks)!
