Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy at Snoqualmie Ridge specializes in outpatient orthopedic, spine, women's health, sports physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
We provide high quality care in an ethical, caring and cost effective environment. We value the importance of individual treatment plans and the consistency of care from
seeing the same provider each visit.
Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy at Snoqualmie Ridge is an independent clinic owned and directed by physical therapists. We look forward to serving the community in which we live!
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and at additional times by appointment, and
are convenient to Snoqualmie, North Bend, Fall City and the greater Seattle Eastside neighborhoods.

Clinic Director: John Zanas, PT, CSCS, PES
John is a Snoqualmie resident and graduated from the University
of Washington in 1989 with a B.S. in Psychology and in 1991 with
a B.S. in Physical Therapy. He is a certified strength and conditioning
specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning
Association and a certified performance enhancement specialist (PES)
through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is currently
the strength and conditioning coach for the football and girls soccer
programs at Mount Si High School in Snoqualmie.
John provides extensive experience in the evaluation and treatment of spine,
orthopedic and sports related injuries. In 1997 he became the first
certified ASTYM (Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization) clinician in
Washington State and now serves as a clinical instructor for the ASTYM
system through Performance Dynamics, Inc. based out of Muncie, Indiana.
He opened Snoqualmie Ridge Physical Therapy in August, 2003. He also
provides personal training and sport specific strength and conditioning
programs for individuals or teams.

Staff Therapist: Alissa Gram, MPT, ATC
Alissa is a North Bend resident and graduated from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison in 1998 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology with an
emphasis in Athletic Training and in 2001 received her Masters Degree
from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Physical Therapy Program.
Alissa has extensive experience treating orthopedic, sport, auto and industrial
injuries. She also has additional training in working with pregnant and postpartum women,
incontinence, pelvic pain, SI joint dysfunction and lower back pain.

Staff Therapist: Christopher Stott, PT, OCS
Chris is from Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated from the University of Utah in 1995 with a B.S. in Physical Therapy,
with a special interest in Orthopedic physical therapy. Chris worked in Acute Ortho for 2 years, and then he accepted a position at the Orthopedic
Specialty Hospital working for about 7 years in a progressive Outpatient Orthopedics and Sports Rehab setting. Chris moved
to Snoqualmie in 2004 and in June 2005 passed the O.C.S. (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist) exam becoming Board Certified
in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Chris accepted a position at Peak Sports and Spine in 2007, and has extensive experience treating
orthopedic, sports, and auto patients, including post-operative and non-operative knee, shoulder, foot and ankle, back and neck pain,
SI joint dysfunction and return to sport rehabilitation.

Staff Therapist: Rachel Dillon, DPT
Rachel is a Snoqualmie resident and graduated from Taylor University of Indiana in 2001 with her B.A. in Chemistry/Pre-Medicine with a minor in Psychology.
She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University of Chicago in 2006. Her clinical interests are in general orthopedics, ergonomic training,
sports injuries, and industrial injuries. Rachel has specific interest in working with runners, as this is an activity that she enjoys, and is developing this aspect of her practice.
