Clinic Staff

John Zanas

Clinic Director: John Zanas, PT, CSCS, PES

As the owner/clinical director of the Snoqualmie clinic, John specializes in Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. Armed with bachelor's of science degrees in physical therapy and psychology from the University of Washington, he has never lost the drive to learn. He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Certified Youth Fitness Specialist through the IYCA.

John learned first hand how effective physical therapy is after a series of injuries in high school and college. He wanted to join a profession where he could be active, help people reach their activity goals, and develop training programs to reduce injuries in young athletes. John believes in listening to your needs to develop the treatment plan that best suits your need.

To keep up an active lifestyle, John golfs, camps, coaches, and watches his children compete in sports.

Rachel Dillon

Rachel Dillon, DPT

Following in the footsteps of her parents, Rachel satisfies her interest in the medical field through physical therapy. Rachel is a people person-she loves working with her patients and other professionals at Peak Sport and Spine.

A runner herself, Rachel enjoys working with runners, treating their injuries and helping them achieve their running goals. "Working with people to achieve a healthy lifestyle is very important. It leads to a better quality of life overall".

Rachel loves spending time with her husband and little boy. As a family, they hike and enjoy the outdoors. Her passion for running has led to Rachel's other job–volunteer assistant coach at Mt. Si High School in cross-country and track.

Erika Enfield

Erika Enfield, DPT

A Pacific Northwest girl her whole life, Erika received her doctorate of physical therapy from Eastern Washington University in 2008 and her bachelor's of science in health sciences & anthropology from Linfield College in Portland, OR.

The variety of the orthopedic setting keeps life interesting for Erika-treating patients of all ages and abilities means there's never a dull moment! As an ASTYM certified provider, she's grateful to treat active individuals who have chronic injuries or scar tissue. Erika is rewarded to help patients find relief for the first time.

Erika grew up in North Bend. She loves most outdoor activities-especially hiking, biking, camping and traveling with family and friends.

Alissa Gram

Alissa Gram, MPT

According to Alissa, teaching is not just reserved for the classroom. "My desire is that people learn there are treatments available and that after seeing me they'll be filled with hope for an answer to their pain and symptoms." Alissa believes the benefits of physical therapy help her make a difference in the world, one person at a time.

Alissa earned her bachelor's of science kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she majored in exercise science. She went on to study at University of Wisconsin-Madison where she earned her master's in physical therapy. She is also a Certified Athletic Trainer. At Peak Sport and Spine, Alissa specializes in women's health, pelvic floor dysfunction, post-partum health, pelvic organ prolapsed, urinary incontinence and pelvic pain.

She enjoys walks on the Washington Coast, hiking in the Valley, watching Wisconsin Football games and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Christopher Scott

Christopher Stott, PT, OCS

The body's inner-workings fascinate Christopher. It's no wonder he chose physical therapy as a profession. He also facilitates personalized bicycle fitting; Christopher fits patients to a bicycle based on their flexibility, strength and body type and also develops a personalized training program. Helping patients return to their favorite activities using physical therapy is one of Christopher's passions, "I have the opportunity to spend one on one time with my patients to maximize their recovery, and I am able to balance manual skills with exercise in the same treatment area."

Christopher has a bachelor's of science in physical therapy and is certified by the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Board. He wants to develop his skills in Sports Rehabilitation by continuing his work with high school patients. Christopher also wants to continue to expand his bicycle fitting skills and soft tissue technique.

Michelle Plooster

Michele Plooster, PTA

Michele is originally from Eastern Washington and grew up in action; her whole family is athletic. She's been involved in sports since she was about 8 years old, and still plays competitive volleyball and runs ("more of a relaxing jog"). Thanks to various athletic programs, and positive experiences with physical therapy, Michele chose a clinic setting for her own career. She says, "I'm able to assist people with their healing process. With patient education, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercise, I get to support our patients to get back on track."

Michele is equipped with a bachelor's of science degree in exercise science from Central Washington University, plus the Physical Therapist Assistant program also earns her an associate's of science degree from Whatcom Community College. Overall, "I enjoy the satisfaction of helping people with all levels of physical ability, reach their goals. We provide a healthy and enjoyable setting for their rehab experience."
