Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy - Sammamish Plateau specializes in outpatient orthopedic, spine and sports physical therapy and rehabilitation services. We provide high quality care in an ethical, caring and cost effective environment. We value the importance of
individual treatment plans and the consistency of care from seeing the same provider each visit.
Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy - Sammamish Plateau is an independent clinic owned and directed by physical therapists. We look forward to serving the
community in which we live. Our therapists work closely with patients to develop a personal treatment plan focused on the special needs of each individual.
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Clinic Director: Dan Swinscoe, MPT, CSCS
Dan Swinscoe received his bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and his Master of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Puget Sound. He was later certified by the
NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in 1995 and in 2007 was certified by the Titleist Performance Institute as a Golf Fitness Instructor. He worked in Bellevue and Everett
before starting Issaquah Sports and Spine PT in 1998 (later changed to Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy – Issaquah). Dan believes in giving back to the community.
To demonstrate this, the office participates in some philanthropy every quarter. Since 1998 Dan has been the team physical therapist for Issaquah High School and has served
on the Issaquah School District Sports Medicine Advisory Committee. He is also a regular speaker to coaches from Sammamish Little League, Issaquah Little League and the WIAA.
Dan enjoys working with all types of athletes but has a special passion for baseball and golf. Dan lives in the local area with his wife and two children he enjoys spending
time with them doing anything outside.

Tami Shinn, DPT
Tami Shinn graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a doctorate degree in physical therapy in 2005.
She completed her undergraduate studies at Stanford University in California. While earning her bachelors
degree in human biology she competed on the varsity rowing team and was also a member of the ski racing program.
Tami has a clinical interest in general orthopedics, manual therapy and spinal rehabilitation. She is interested
in pursuing continuing education in the areas of gait assessment, biomechanical evaluation and orthotic management.
Tami was born and raised in the greater Seattle area and enjoys exploring the outdoors with her husband and dog.
In her spare time she can be found skiing, hiking, bicycling, camping and traveling.
