Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy - Lake City provides outpatient orthopedic physical therapy rehabilitation treatment in Seattle, Washington.
Our optimum goal at Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy - Lake City will be to restore you to the highest level of functioning that your pathology will allow.
During your treatment, you are an active participant. You will be involved in ongoing exercise, flexibility and cardiovascular rehabilitation and the intensity of your rehab
program will be directed by your condition. You will be given activities and exercises to do at home. Your input regarding your care is very important to us.
Peak Sports and Spine - Lake City will accept most major insurance plans. We will attempt to verify your insurance coverage for Physical Therapy, but it is your responsibility for interpreting your contract and we strongly suggest that you verify your coverage.

Clinic Director: Tom Spencer, PTA, A.T.C.
Tom has been the Head Athletic Trainer for Bellevue Community College for ten years.
Tom's background includes 10 years with the Cincinnati Reds Minor League System and most
recently with AA team Chattanooga Lookouts. Tom has also been involved with the Professional
Tennis Tour. Tom is the Program Director of the Sports Enhancement Program (or SET) at Peak
Sports and Spine in Lake City.
Tom lives in the north Seattle Area with his wife and daughters. He enjoys watching and coaching his daughters in their sporting events.

Lori Predmore, PT
Lori Predmore graduated from the University of Washington in 1987 with a B.S. in Zoology and in 1990 with a B.S. in Physical
Therapy. Lori has 16 years of experience practicing general orthopedics and sports medicine in the Seattle area. She enjoys
working with all ages and returning patients to their optimum function and achieving their goals.
Lori lives in the north Seattle area with her husband, son, and dog. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, jogging,
watching her son participate in sports and volunteering at her son's elementary school.

Robbin Blake, LMP
Robbin Blake graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage in 2004 and has been focused on injury treatment and structural bodywork since. She has enhanced her
skills by completing an Advanced Certification in Orthopedic Massage program ath the Port Townsend School of Massage and is currently studying Aston Patterning,
which is a structural bodywork and movement/ergonomics coaching therapy. Robbin enjoys traveling internationally, hiking and working with the Washington Sports
Massage Team at events.

Kathleen Wainwright, OTR/L, GCFP
Kathleen graduated for Eastern Michigan University in 1983 wit a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. She had a severe injury early in life which caused her much pain and encouraged the exploration of many types of alternative therapy. She experienced the feldenkrias Method which totally relieved her symptoms and became a feldenkrias Practitioner in 1998. Kathleen is passionate about showing what she has learned and teaching others how to move freely and easily in order to achieve their goals. She has much experience working with people of all ages who have orthopedic, neurological and pain challenges and enjoys combination of Eastern and Western therapy methods.
Kathleen lives in the north Seattle area and enjoys hiking, running and exploring the Northwest.
