Ali Schoos Clinic Director: Ali Schoos, PT, OCS
Ali enjoys partnering with her patients of all ages. She treats high school athletes, veterans dealing with knee replacements, and everyone in between. She’s dedicated to finding a solution and helps people overcome their body’s obstacles, no matter the challenge. As an Orthopedic specialist, Ali works with a variety of difficult cases and utilizes her “Sherlock Holmes-type” skills to find an answer. She leads each patient toward a more active lifestyle.

Her treatments are diverse and her approach is specific. She specializes in biomechanics particularly - the shoulder, spine, hip/pelvic floor, and foot/ankle. Whether a patient needs foot orthotics or exercises to relieve incontinence, Ali provides the best treatment.

Ali co-owns the clinic with her husband and enjoys her dynamic and passionate team. She hopes you’ll continue to be an active participant in choosing your health care provider and recognize Peak Sports and Spine as your primary care physical therapy clinic. “I believe in a partnership between you and your physical therapist.”

When not at the clinic, she enjoys spending time outside and with her family. She’s a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Physical Therapy Association of Washington State, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Washington State Private Practice Special Interest Group.

Lindsey Horn Lindsey Horn, PT, DPT
Lindsey believes in physical therapy and quality time with her patients. She suffered her own injuries in high school as a softball and volleyball player, and that’s where she discovered her love of physical therapy. She enjoys the creativity to help you find your best method of treatment and the diversity in the PT field.

Lindsey graduated from University of St. Augustine with a degree in physical therapy in 2008 and enjoys all aspects involved in outpatient care. Lindsey is currently working towards her Manual Therapy Certification.

Brett Lezamiz Brett Lezamiz, PT, DPT, OCS
Brett is a manually-trained therapist, who loves people and emphasizes one-on-one, personalized care for you. Brett and her colleagues bring about decades worth of experience to the table. Through manual therapy, Brett uses her hands to restore mobility to stiff joints and to reduce muscular tension. Limitations in joint mobility and soft tissue can cause discomfort, pain, and an alteration in function, posture, and movement. Brett is an active woman who loves her dog and everything outdoors. She understands the importance of a healthy body and works with you to heal and restore your own physical limitations.

Brett continues to take manual therapy and functional movement courses to augment her skills, "I always want to provide well-rounded care and rehabilitation". She is a Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, which recognizes her advanced knowledge and skills in orthopedic physical therapy. She has also studied Pilates for the Rehabilitation Specialist and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. This addresses the interrelationship between the neuromuscular, soft tissue, and joint systems. In 2010, Brett will receive her certification in Vestibular Competency.

Brett attended the University of Southern California for her graduate work in physical therapy where she earned a doctorate of Physical Therapy.

Matt Weston Matt Weston, MSPT
Matt is an expert in Manual Therapy for running, cycling, and swimming rehab.

Matt chose Physical Therapy because it is a natural extension of his active lifestyle. It also satisfies his curiosity to understand the human body and helps explain to patients how the body works and heals. “I’m grateful my knowledge helps patients heal more quickly. Plus they’re less likely to return for the same problem.”

Matt and his clinic focus on treatment of the whole patient, not just a knee or an elbow. Injuries not only create pain, but can change the entire limb or region of the body. “I believe in a holistic approach to physical therapy.”

In his spare time, Matt enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest in any and every way possible as an avid cyclist, runner, and fly fisherman.
