Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy - Bellevue provides outpatient orthopedic physical therapy rehabilitation treatment in Bellevue, Washington. Our optimum goal at Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy - Bellevue will be to restore you to the highest physical therapy of functioning that your pathology will allow.
During your treatment, you are an active participant. You will be involved in ongoing exercise, flexibility and cardiovascular rehabilitation and the intensity of your rehab program will be directed by your condition. You will be given activities and exercises to do at home. Your input regarding your care is very important to us.

Clinic Director: Ali Schoos, PT, OCS
Ali graduated with her degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in 1982.
Her interest has always been in orthopedics and sports rehab, and she became a board
certified orthopedic specialist (OCS) in 1993 and was recertified in 2003. Ali has been in
private practice for a combined 11 years, previously was the director of physical therapy for a
comprehensive sportsmedicine clinic and a group director over 15 clinics for a national outpatient
orthopedic physical therapy company in the Northwest. Ali has been a presenter at national
rehabilitation conferences on rehab for the knee, shoulder, and spine. She also has a special
interest in gait analysis and foot orthotics, developing out of her own experience as a long
distance runner for 25 years. Ali is married with two children, and continues to play soccer,
bike, hike, and occasionally kayak.
- Orysia Lucyk, PT
Orysia has 22 years experience as a Physical Therapist with concentration on advanced manual therapy.
The last 12 years has provided her with a high degree of expertise for the treatment of multi-factoral
spinal and sports over-use injuries. Orysia is also interested in functional movement re-education.
She also enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, biking and gardening and also enjoys traveling abroad.
- Carrie Sieber, PT
Carrie joined the Peak Sports & Spine Staff in May 2005. She received her Physical Therapy degree from Saint Louis University in 1995.
She practiced in Florida as an Orthopedic Therapist with an emphasis on Women's Health and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is currently a member
of the American Physical Therapy Association. She is also a member of the Women's Health, Oncology and Orthopedic Section.
Carrie is currently taking extensive coursework to become a Certified Pelvic Therapy Practitioner with the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute.
She has already attended continuing education courses on urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, pudendal nerve conditions, pregnancy, coccyx pain,
colo-rectal conditions, post-prostatectomy, chronic pelvic pain, bladder frequency, male and female pelvic floor dysfunction and biofeedback. Her newest
focus includes Cancer Rehab and she has started a program at Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy with the focus on exercise, manual therapy, range of
motion, pain relief, and getting back to full function.
Carrie has developed educational programs for patients and has been involved with the US Senate in protecting patient rights.
- Matt Weston, MSPT
Matt graduated in 2000 from Grand Valley State University in Michigan. He is currently
working on his certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist through the North American
Institute of Manual Therapy. Matt enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions.
Unable to sit still for very long, Matt is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys many activities
from running and cycling to flyfishing and mountaineering.

Brett Lezamiz, DPT
Brett is a manually trained therapist, who emphasizes one-on-one personalized care of her patients. Manual therapy means that
her treatment focuses on using her hands to restore mobility to stiff joints and to reduce muscular tension. Limitations in joint
mobility and soft tissue can cause discomfort, pain, and an alteration in function, posture, and movement.
Brett continues to take manual therapy and functional movement courses to augment her skills allowing her to provide well-rounded
care and rehabilitation. Her upcoming course includes Pilates for the rehabilitation specialist and proprioceptive
neuromuscular faciliation to address the interrelationship between the neuromuscular, soft tissue, and joint systems.
Brett attended the University of Southern California for her graduate work in physical therapy where she earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.
